Each step shows its photos, documents and limits, so every operator builds the unit the same way.
Every failure gets a reason code
The operator picks a reason from your own list, so the failure Pareto counts each one exactly.
Failed units go to rework
A unit with a failed step finishes in rework, with the failure and its reason on its record.
Labels print from the step
A step can print the unit's serial or carton label when it passes, with no print dialog. FactoryPrint, a small print client on one PC at your location, sends it to the label printers you already own.
Labels drawn to size
Each label is drawn at the exact size loaded in the printer. Design templates in BarcodeLabels.io and import them, and print badge stickers with a QR, Code 128 or Data Matrix code.
Built for factory Wi-Fi
When the connection drops, the tablet retries and tells the operator about anything it couldn't save.

Each result is tied to the item, revision and instruction version that produced it. Slice first-pass yield, cycle time and failures by line, station, step, item or failure reason, and export any view to CSV.

Ask a question about your floor in plain words and get the answer from your own data. Each person sees only what their role allows, and an admin can turn it off.

Common questions
What hardware do we need?
Any recent iPad or Android tablet running a browser. Most floors use ~$200 10-inch tablets in kiosk mode. Line dashboards run on any TV with a browser stick. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners need no setup.
Where do work orders come from if we don't run an ERP?
Create and release them in the app, or import them from a CSV. A supervisor then opens a session that runs a released order on a line.
Can our test equipment post results directly?
Not yet. Today the operator enters each reading on the tablet, and the step's limits decide pass or fail. Posting results straight from test equipment is on the roadmap.
Do you trace component lots and serials into a unit?
Not yet. Today every unit carries its work order, item revision, output lot and every step result, and Traceability finds it by serial or lot. Scanning component lots and serials into a unit is on the roadmap.
What languages does the floor see?
English today. Step instructions in the operator's own language, picked from their badge, are on the roadmap, starting with Spanish.

Runs in our US cloud on Microsoft Azure, so there is nothing to install on your network.

Step results and published instruction versions are never edited or overwritten.
